this place is really nice personnel is helpful facilities are great and clean and excellent location i stayed their with my family and got two rooms one next to each other. the day we had check out they kept our baggage till afternoon when we came back from a tour and then we departed so it was very good.

The location is part of a farm: the whole area is theirs. As such the owners can offer interesting site trips. We visited the mysterieus fairy circles and looked for game. Some of the hills are also accessible: one can hike up and enjoy the view. The owners are friendly and supportive. The food is good and much of it comes from their own land. The area is part of a dark sky area and stargazing is supported as the cottages have an accessible roof to stand, sit or lie on (or even to sleep).

The hotel receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is clean with a good layout. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast selection is also on par with any chain restaurant.

I used not to take breakfast from the hotel, as I was a late sleeper and could just be ready to leave for the meeting. The location was very good, accessible and conveniently near the Big Mall in the City.

The breakfast was very good. There was lots of variety to meet the needs of everyone. It was also one of the best priced breakfasts I have had to pay for. We arrived a bit early to check-in and they allowed us to do that, which was very welcome after a long journey. We also received assistance to book a taxi to the airport.

My stay was on bed-only basis and I never got the opportunity to enjoy any of their meals but I bet they must've been good because the dining area was always full! The location of the hotel is superb as it is in a wonderful neighbourhood! It is within walking distance of Grove Mall, the second-largest (if not the largest) Mall in Windhoek. My favourite store for fresh fruits & veggies, The Food Lovers Market, is also adjacent to the Grove Mall. For the gym lovers, the Virgin Health Gym is a stone's throw away...

The place is exceptionally clean, just in the centre, 5 minutes to and from the mall. The workers were very friendly and ensured that our stay was awesome. The meals were affordable and well done. The shower was spacious as well.

I have stayed at Town Lodge Windhoek multiple times, and it’s always been a great experience. The rooms are clean, modern, and have everything I need, like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The staff is always friendly and helpful and with its central location and good value, it’s my go-to spot in Windhoek. Highly recommend
